Power Unit: Johns Deer 4045 Tier 3 diesel power unit with approx. 174ho. Coupled to hydraulic pump drive for hydraulic power supply. 

Main Kelly Winch: Braden PD12 (12,000#) with 8.5-ton swivel.

Auxiliary Winch: Braden BG8 (8,000#) with safety hook.

Mast: Tubular constructed and fitted with main and auxiliary winches and rotary table. Complete mast, rotary drive and Kelly travel (crowd) 48” in a specialty designed support frame that is coupled to the main frame and allows for positioning of the mast in the drilling position. 

Operational Height: Unit has a 25’ operational height.

Kelly: 35’ – 3 ½ “x 5” x 7” – Square

Stub: 3 ½” with Hole

Hydraulic Reservoir: 160-gallon hydraulic oil tank with integrated filters and strainers. Heat exchanger provided to maintain operating temperatures. 

Slide Base: LHD 24” hydraulic operated slide travel frame to include single planetary drive motor and dual brake for rig rotation. Swing drive includes a deceleration system for optimum control. Nylatron slide plates are used to minimize metal wear. 

Mounting: on CAT 315 track undercarriage
